Payment
Payment is accepted through Paypal only. If you absolutely need to pay via another method, contact me BEFORE purchase so we can work something out. If you are using a gift certificate and your order total exceeds your certificate value, I will send you a Paypal invoice for the difference. Illinois residents will be charged 10.25% sales tax during Paypal checkout.
Payment is expected within 24 hours after purchase. If payment is not received after 24 hours, I will send you an email. If payment is not received 24 hours after that email, I will cancel the sale. If you do not have the funds to purchase something immediately, please don't buy, but contact me first to work something out.
Shipping
Shipping within the US is via First Class and Priority Mail; all International shipping is First Class mail. Items in the US are shipped using Paypal shipping, so you will have a tracking number. International shipping will be done at the most affordable rate. If you would like a certain kind of shipping or added option (insurance, priority mail, etc.) please put it in the "message to seller" box during checkout and wait for a revised invoice. Please request insurance if you are living in a tear in the space-time continuum and are therefore extra susceptible to lost packages. International customers will be responsible for any import fees that may be tacked on at customs.
I ship within 4 days of receiving payment. If you need something superfast, please contact me and I'll make it happen.
Refunds and Exchanges
Full refunds/exchanges will be made for issues brought up within 30 days of purchase and if the item is unused. Partial refunds/exchanges will be made on a case by case basis if you are having a technical difficulty or if the product is under-performing in some regard. If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, please contact me so we can work something out. I want only happy woolly experiences in my shop!
Custom Orders
Yes! I'd love to! Please note, custom orders totaling $50 or more may require a deposit.
Discounts & Wholesale
Discounts are available starting at a minimum purchase of 15 braids of roving. This includes both fiber already listed in my shop and large custom orders. Please contact me prior to purchase to learn more about my discount and wholesale rates.
Additional Information
All items are created with love in a SMOKE FREE, CAT & BUNNY-FRIENDLY HOME! I have two cats and an English angora rabbit, and try to keep them out of my workspace as much as possible (though one of the cats likes to try to stick his head through my spinning wheel.)
All wool and yarn is stored with lavender and/or cedar to act as a moth repellant. Please be advised if you have allergies to either of these.
